Dr. Lori Gray
Dr. Lori Gray is a 2004 graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, where she graduated with clinical and leadership honors. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Villanova University. Dr. Gray is a diplomate of the American Board of Optometry. She is an active member of the American Optometric Association, the Pennsylvania Optometric Association and the Bucks-Montgomery County Optometric Society. Dr. Gray was awarded “Young Optometrist of the Year” in 2012 for the state of Pennsylvania for her outstanding leadership skills while serving her profession, her patients and her community. In 2019, she was honored to receive “Optometrist of the Year” for Bucks and Montgomery Counties.
Dr. Gray remains a leader in her field. She strongly believes in continued learning and the constant enhancement of her skills. She regularly lectures to both her community, colleagues, and optometry students at Salus University. Dr. Gray was honored to receive the YWCA Tri-County Area’s Exceptional Woman in the field of Health Award in 2016.
When she is not at Complete Family Eyecare, she enjoys spending her spare time traveling, hiking, and playing with her two children and their dog, Minnie.
Special interests include glaucoma, diabetes, surgical co-management, therapeutics, dry eye and contact lenses.
Dr. Richard Christoph
Dr. Richard Christoph is originally from Selkirk, NY. He is a 1992 graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the State University of New York, College at Geneseo. He is active in the American Optometric Society where he serves as the AOA’s Federal Advocacy Representative to Pennsylvania. With the Pennsylvania Optometric Society, he is currently serving as chair of the POA’s Legislative Affairs Committee and was President of the society in 2015. He is also an active member, and past president of the Berks County Optometric Society. He was named Berks County Optometrist of the year in 2013 and received Merit Awards from the POA in 2017 and 2022, as well as a Distinguished Service award from the AOA in 2021.
Dr. Christoph is active in the community and can frequently be found raising funds for the Reading Royals Charities, and volunteering with the Reading Royals booster club.
At home, he and his wife, Tammy, spend time caring for their four special needs rescue dogs, Cassie, Penny, Lucy, and Phoebe. They also like to work on home improvement projects and garden. Dr Christoph is an avid golfer, always trying to improve his game.
Dr Christoph is interested in all areas of eye care, but has a special interest in children’s vision, contact lenses, and dry eye.
Dr. Jennifer Zerfass
Dr. Jennifer Zerfass is from Allentown, PA. She received her Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Neurobiology from the University of Maryland. Dr. Zerfass completed her doctorate at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, where she earned clinical honors as well as highest academic honors.
She is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Pennsylvania Optometric Association.
Dr. Zerfass provides comprehensive eye exams, and has a special interest in pediatrics, binocular vision, contact lenses and ocular disease management.
In her free time, Dr. Zerfass enjoys running, biking, and spending time with her husband and their two children.
Dr. Sarah Wise
Dr. Sarah Wise is originally from Mansfield, PA. She attended undergrad at Susquehanna University majoring in Biology. Dr. Wise completed her doctorate at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry.
She is a member of the American Optometry Association, Pennsylvania Optometric Association and Bucks-Montgomery County Optometric Association.
Her clinical certifications and specialties are ocular disease, contact lenses, myopia management, eye emergency care, diabetic eye evaluation and management.
Dr. Wise’s passion for optometry is driven by her desire to help people see their best, while empowering and educating them on the importance of eye health.
In her free time Dr. Wise enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking and fitness.
Dr. Jeremy Aikey
Dr. Jeremy Aikey is an ophthalmologist and retina surgeon specializing in the treatment of vitreoretinal diseases. He earned his undergraduate degree at Lehigh University, followed by a medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and an MBA from the Haub School of Business at St. Joseph’s University. Dr. Aikey completed his internship and residency at OhioHealth in Columbus, OH, and pursued a fellowship in vitreoretinal surgery and diseases at Retina and Vitreous of Texas / Methodist Hospital in Houston, TX.
Dr. Aikey manages and treats a wide spectrum of retinal disorders, including macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, macular puckers, macular holes, retinal tears, and retinal detachments. His comprehensive approach, coupled with his care, compassion and dedication to his patients contribute to his reputation as a leader in his field.
